Savard is hiring Sub ARC Welders for work in Beaumont, TX for Job #19027

Job Scope/Duties:
As a Sub Arc Welder, your responsibilities will include : Reading and interpreting blueprints Working at heights of up to 25 feet, when required Operating various shop equipment Utilizing cutting torches, power tools, and hand tools

Work history experience:
 3-5 years exp in Stick (GMAW), Tig (GTAW) and Subarc (SAW). (Must have 2 of the 3)
 Basic knowledge on lathe, shaper and milling machines
 Knowledge in electrical safety
 Knowledge in machine fitting and setting up machines
 Must be able to interpret Mechanical Engineering drawings
 

Other Requirements:
Drug screen
Hair Follicle
Work History- EE or Savard Generated
Candidates will have to take a welding test with the client before being hired. Welders must be able to 
Must have own welding equipment (hood,sleeves)
Must be physically fit to work in extreme weather conditions and confined spaces

Shifts/Hours:
Night Shift Monday- Friday 3:30 PM- 12:00 AM with every other weekend

Pay Rate:
$28.0 TO $30. DOE
Up to $2100 w 60 hours/ week
